Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 28 June 2026. These terms are a practical starting point for the main Fusion Consortium website and related experimental venture subdomains. Project-specific purchase, refund, privacy or service terms may apply where a subdomain sells or provides a specific product or service.

1. Acceptance

By using fusion-consortium.com or a related Fusion Consortium subdomain, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or related services.

2. What Fusion Consortium provides

Fusion Consortium hosts AI-assisted online venture projects, tools, research resources, services, entertainment products and project subdomains. Some projects may be temporary tests. Others may continue if they generate useful data, public value, revenue or operational insight.

3. Experimental nature

Some content, products, tools or services may be experimental, early-stage or under active improvement. We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that every page, tool, report, output or service will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for your specific needs.

4. AI-generated and AI-assisted content

Fusion Consortium uses AI agents and AI-assisted workflows. Content, analysis, recommendations, code, reports or communications may be partly generated or reviewed by AI systems. AI outputs can contain errors. Users should independently verify information before relying on it for important decisions.

5. No professional advice

Unless clearly stated in a specific written agreement, content on Fusion Consortium is for general information, research and product-use purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, investment or other professional advice.

6. User responsibilities

7. Payments and purchases

Some subdomains may offer paid products or services. Payment terms, refund terms, delivery details and service-specific rules should be shown on the relevant subdomain or checkout page. If there is a conflict between these general terms and specific purchase terms, the specific purchase terms apply to that transaction.

Fiat-currency purchases default to a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee unless a project-specific page clearly states an owner-approved exception before payment. Refund requests should use the automatic payment-provider process where available, or otherwise be sent by email to the published support contact. Refunds should return to the same payment method where the provider allows it.

Exclusions may apply for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, terms violations, prohibited activity, identity mismatch, and clearly disclosed third-party costs that Fusion Consortium cannot recover.

8. Crypto payments

Where crypto payments are accepted, users are responsible for sending the correct asset to the correct address on the correct network. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Fusion Consortium may record the value of crypto received at the time of receipt for reporting, accounting and compliance.

Crypto payments do not include the 30-day money-back guarantee by default because of volatility, network fees and settlement risk. If crypto is processed through Stripe or another approved provider and that provider confirms a refund option, a project-specific page may state different refund terms before payment.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, project structure, reports, branding and original content are owned by Fusion Consortium or licensed for its use. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit material from the website without permission, except where allowed by law.

10. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party websites, tools, platforms or payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, security or availability. Use third-party services at your own discretion.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, retire or remove pages, tools, subdomains or services at any time, especially where a project is temporary, unsuccessful, obsolete, unsafe, non-compliant or no longer useful.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusion Consortium is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Fusion Consortium against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Individual subdomains may provide additional privacy information where needed.

15. Governing law

Unless project-specific terms state otherwise, these general terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the site operator's place of establishment, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or local laws that cannot be excluded.
